My experience with boomessays.com was fine, but only with their customer service. The paper quality was less than I expected and not enough for what I paid. Still, I wouldn’t rank Boomessays.com as one of those fraud services – they do deliver their papers on time.
Not many companies have such big lists of services, which I could understand because you’d need thousands of writers to be able to write everything. But, this one does. Their list is more than I expected and more than I would need by the time when I graduate. The good news is, students can find papers here that can rarely be found in other services.
The prices are more than satisfactory too. In my experience, low prices mean bad content or service, so I was a bit skeptic about these. Their rate for high school essay is only $12.99, which is way below the average for quality writing.
Prices change if you choose higher academic levels. I chose Master’s level, for which the cheapest rate was $21.99 per page for 14-day deadline.
Discounts and Free Features
On top of the low prices, you can add 15% discount as a new customer. Since I was new to the company, I used this discount and got a very low price, all those free features included. For future use, I am eligible to lifelong discounts of 5%, 10%, or 15%, but I don’t think I will use these.
Ordering was similar as that of other companies – you fill a form, submit it, and wait for your paper. Nothing complicated about it.
Communication with Writer
I like to communicate with the writer to discuss the paper writing and the specifics, but this is not an option here. The only people I spoke to were those of the customer service, which was frustrating when I had to ask for a revision. I had to tell the customer support why I needed a revision, give specifics on how the writer should change the paper, and even wait for them to approve the request! And the website states that they have free revisions.
Deadline was not a problem with boomessays.com. I got the essay in a timely manner, but unfortunately, it wasn’t as good as I was promised.
The Work I Got
The work I got was less than satisfactory. In my opinion, this paper was written by a person who isn’t all that fluent in the English language, because the mistakes were ridiculous. This also showed me that they don’t proofread or edit papers before they deliver them, which made me lose hours fixing the essay. And since I had to spend an hour asking and explaining why I needed a revision and extra four hours to get it approved, there was no way that I could meet the deadline if I waited for the actual revision.
I still demanded a revision, though. Still, the writer couldn’t really fix the paper since he obviously had the same fluency in English as he did when he first wrote it.
