General Impression

The general impression I had from the ewritingservice.com service was that the information they had on the website was very confusing, vague, and the site itself was poorly designed, (despite its modern veneer). The font was to big that it made the site sleazy and out of date. To put it in perceptive, the website looks like a bunch of PowerPoint slides that have been knitted together. Also, the website reads your cookies before allowing you to access the website. This was not the usual type of writing service that I would normally choose to do my essay for me, but they claimed that they had suitably qualified writers on hand right now to complete my project.

Services Provided

The service itself was bland, the writer would never contact me back, and I was left phoning the ewritingservice.com service all the time about my essay. The ewritingservice.com writing company has a service list that is available on their site, but you will need to hunt around for your essay category in order to find what you are looking for. Are you about to find out in advance if they are able to complete your essay? No, you have to sign up and then make contact.

I cannot be sure if the prices I received where the same as the prices everybody else is being charged because they made me sign up and then request a quote. I was not able to see their price list or any indication of how much they charge per page. In addition, I had to wait for a quote, and the lady on the other end of the chat window (on the website) wouldn’t give me a quote until I had signed up and given them my details. I was charged $33 per page for work that was completed in 6 days. They said that my discounts had been applied to the quote, but I am not sure what the discounts were or what the original prices were. I was told by friends that the writing prices start at $17.55 per page, but I was never given that option. I was quoted a number after signing up and submitting a request.

Discounts and Free Features

I was told in the emailed quote that discounts had been applied, but I have no idea what they were. I do know that they gave me a free title page and free bibliography. They also offered free amendments. The website says they offer a free plagiarism report too, but I couldn’t find it and didn’t request it because if they control it, then they are hardly likely to admit that they plagiarized. Maybe if they gave me a free session on CopyScape, then I may have taken them up on their offer.

Ordering Process

It was a massive pain in my backside. They made me sign up and give all my details, and they made me submit all the information on my essay, and then they made me wait 28 hours for an emailed quote. I then had to sign back in, find my quote, and submit it with payment. It was a long and dumb process.

Communication with Writer

The ewritingservice.com company was not helpful at all and did not respond to any of my questions with a straight answer. When I asked to speak or have contact information for the writer, they said they can’t give that information out and they will be in contact with me with if they have any news. But I never heard from the customer service or the writer about my essay. They just sent me the essay when the deadline was due.

The writer kept to the deadline. There was nothing more to the process. They sent me an email with the document attached, and that was it. I cannot say if it was sent exactly to the hour because I cannot remember what time I made my order.

The Work I Got

The work I got was solid. There was nothing wrong with the work. My professor handed it back to me for amendments, but that was to improve the mark I got for it. I don’t think I ordered a top grade from the ewritingservice.com service, so it would have been unfair to send it back for amendments based on my professor’s notes.
