GradeMiners.com Review

General Impression
150 completed orders per day. That was the first piece of information that got my attention when I saw the homepage. Really? 150 per day? Now that’s a busy service, isn’t it? Truth be told, I was never a fan of quantity over quality. However, the guarantees of GradeMiners seemed okay and the prices were quite acceptable. I thought to myself “why not?” and I placed an order within minutes. It was not the best work I’ve ever got, but it was satisfactory for college level.

Services Provided
I chose to order a book review from Grade Miners. It’s only one of the many available services on its list. You can order an essay, term paper, article, assignment, case study, dissertation, speech… you name it. One small detail got my attention in a negative way: paraphrasing in the list of services. That’s below the level of expert writers with advanced degrees. It’s a huge negative point for GradeMiners.com.

Prices
I chose Undergraduate level for my book review, and I decided to get it with a deadline of 7 days. That was $27.33 per page. Since I wanted 2 pages (500 words), the initial price without discount was $50.67. Wait, what discount? This company gives bonuses only to returning users. Anyway, the prices for essays can range from $11.30 to $44.95 per page, depending on the level and deadline. The available quality levels are High School, College, Master, PhD, and Undergraduate.

Discounts and Free Features

So no discount for first-time users. That’s always a drawback. Returning customers, on the other hand, get a bonus balance. It’s available in the Customer Area. That’s cool. The problem is: the bonus is only 5% of your previous order. The 1-page summary, which you usually get for free from other services, is charged as an additional page to your order if you choose it as an add-on. But, you get a free title and reference page, as well as free revisions.

Ordering Process
The order form is slightly more complex than what I’m used to. It’s busy and confusing. Nevertheless, I could provide all needed information for my book review in a single page, along with my contact information. No need for registering; you just place your order straight away.

Communication with Writer
This is one of those services that connect you with the writer. I got paired with a writer who had a degree in Literature. Everything was fine at the beginning; she accepted my instructions and told me to expect the book review on time. Three days later, I asked for an update. “How are things going?” That was my simple question, and I was ignored. That’s just rude.

Deadline
I provided a deadline of 7 days for my order, and it was ready right on time. However, the fact that the writer ignored my messages for 4 days made me really nervous. I was afraid of a bad outcome to the very last minute.

The Work I Got
Finally, the part of the review you’ve been waiting for: was the paper good? If I had to choose one word for it, it would be average. Yes, the price was affordable, but I still expected extra quality work. Other services offer better quality for this price. This paper was okay. It didn’t have grammar errors, but it had nothing special to offer.
